Proposed appointment of Company auditor at AGM

JCurve Solutions Limited (ASX Code: JCS) (Company) hereby advises that, in relation to Resolution 3 of the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Tuesday 22 November 2016, being the proposed appointment of BDO East Coast Partnership as auditor of the Company:

• (a) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has consented to the resignation of the Company’s current auditor, HLB Mann Judd, to take effect at the abovementioned AGM; and

• (b) HLB Mann Judd have provided their written notice of resignation, to take effect at the abovementioned AGM.
