JCurve Solutions Limited (ASX: JCS) (the “Company”) announces changes to the board, to take effect at the conclusion of tomorrow’s Annual General Meeting.

Retirement of Mr Graham Baillie

Mr Graham Baillie has notified the Company this afternoon that due to personal reasons and commitments, he no longer wishes to seek re-election as a Director of the Company. Consequently the resolution to approve the re-election of Mr Baillie as a Director of the Company (Resolution 1) is withdrawn from the agenda of the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held tomorrow.

Mr Baillie will therefore retire as director, effective as of the close of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 17 November 2015.

On behalf of all Shareholders, and past and present board members, I would like to thank Mr Baillie for his significant contribution to the Company, being the founder of JCurve, a past Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer and a past Chairman of the Board. The Board and company wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.

It is noted that Mr Baillie’s retirement as a Director satisfies the requirement of clause 13.2 of the Company’s Constitution for one third of the Directors to retire at each annual general meeting.
