Resignation of Non‐Executive Chairman

JCurve Solutions Limited (ASX: JCS) wishes to advise that Mr Nihal Gupta has resigned as Non‐ executive Chairman of the Company to pursue other interests effective immediately. Mr Graham Baillie will move to the position of Executive Chairman.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Gupta for his contribution to the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
