Board Structure

Stratatel Limited (ASX: STE) is please to advise the appointment of Mr John Bond as Non‐executive Director of the Company effective today. Mr Bond has been a Director of Primewest Management Limited since 2000 and of other companies within the group since 1994. Primewest is a commercial property syndication business with assets under management of $1.3 billion located in all mainland states. His background spans law, investment banking as well as property investment and development. As a professional property investor, he has over 20 years’ experience in negotiating acquisitions, overseeing the development of properties and asset management.

Mr Bond is a qualified solicitor and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Corporate Member of the Property Council and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a Director of Martu People Limited which runs a Charitable Trust for the Martu People of the Western Desert.

In addition, Mr Graham Baillie will assume the role of Chairman following the resignation of Mr Ian Macliver as Chairman. Mr Macliver will remain on the Board as a Non‐executive Director. The Board would like to thank Mr Macliver for his services to the Company in this role.
