Change of Senior Management and New Reporting Structure

Stratatel Limited (ASX: STE) wishes to advise that Mr Michael Fairclough has stepped down from his position as Managing Director and will continue with the Company in a non‐executive director capacity effective immediately. Mr Fairclough has reached an agreement with the Board to consult with the Company in respect of new business opportunities and will continue to assist the Company’s executive team in this capacity.

Mr Fairclough founded the Company in 1997 and his leadership and active involvement has been invaluable in the growth and development of the Company. The Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr Fairclough for his significant contribution to the Company in his executive role, and look forward to continuing to work with him in his new role.

The Company has employed a new management reporting structure whereby the General Managers of each division will report directly to the Board. The Directors’ believe that this structure is appropriate for the size and nature of the Company’s activities, and will enhance the flow of communications between management and the Board.
