Retirement of Director

Stratatel Limited (ASX: STE) advises that Mr Geoff Lambert has retired as a director of the Company effective immediately. Mr Lambert has been a director of the Company since its listing on ASX in 2000 and has been invaluable during the growth and development of the Company. The Board thanks Mr Lambert for his significant contribution to the Company.

In addition the Company advises that Mr Michael Fairclough will continue in a non-executive director capacity effective 1 August 2011. Mr Fairclough has reached an agreement with the Board to consult to the Company in respect of new business opportunities. Mr Fairclough will continue to assist the Company's executive team in a consulting capacity. The Company is currently evaluating a number of new opportunities and this will allow Mr Fairclough to focus on these.

Mr Matt Parry assumes all responsibility for the expanding operations of the Company as Chief Executive Officer.
