Management change as Stratatel goes for growth

Emerging software and services provider Stratatel Limited (ASX:STE) is pleased to announce that Mr Matthew Parry has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Expense Management Software Division with immediate effect.

Mr Parry will be responsible for the day to day operational control and management of the FleetManager, Phoneware and Softlog divisions and report to Managing Director, Mike Fairclough. Mr Fairclough will continue as Managing Director with an increased focus on business development and strategic growth opportunities for the Company.

Stratatel Chairman, Mr Ian Macliver said “ the appointment of Mr Parry recognises his contribution to the Company as General Manager Operations to date and signifies not only a milestone in the development of the Expense Management Division but also provides an opportunity for Mr Mike Fairclough to pursue acquisitions to facilitate revenue and earnings growth to achieve greater shareholder value.”
