MR GRAHAM BAILLIE APPOINTED TO BOARD

The Board of Stratatel is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Graham Baillie as a Non-Executive Director, effective today.

In 1994, Graham established Outsource Australia Pty Ltd (OSA) to provide outsourcing services to the Australian market. In his capacity as majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer he developed the company nationally and internationally.

Today Outsource Australia Pty Ltd is known as Converga and has an impressive list of “blue-chip” clients in both the public and private sectors. Recently Graham sold his shareholding in Converga to New Zealand Post and resigned from the company in order to pursue new business horizons.

The Chairman of Stratatel Mr Ian Macliver welcomes Graham to the Board.

Stratatel announces today that as the company has commenced dividend payments the quarterly reporting requirement of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for entities admitted to the official list on the basis of commitments no longer applies to the company. As such the company will be reporting its financial results at the half year and the full year.
