Paris, 11 December 2014 – JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), the number one outdoor advertising company worldwide, announced today that two appointments have been made: Alexandre Hamain as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Development for the Group and Arnaud Courtial as Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communication for the Group. Based in Plaisir, they will both report to David Bourg, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the Group.
Alexandre Hamain has been named Director of M&A and Development for the Group starting on 15 January 2015, replacing Martin Sabbagh, who has been appointed CEO for Middle East.
Alexandre Hamain joined JCDecaux in 2002 as International Management Controller. In 2005, he became Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communication for the Group. In 2008, he was appointed Director of Business Management Control and Reporting for France. From 2011 to 2014, he served as Director of Management Control for France.
Alexandre, aged 35, is a graduate of HEC and holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance.
Arnaud Courtial has been appointed Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communication for the Group starting on 9 February 2015. He replaces Nicolas Buron, who has decided to leave the company to carry on a new professional project.
Arnaud Courtial joined JCDecaux in January 2014 as International Management Controller. From 2011 to 2013, Arnaud was an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, serving within the M&A Transaction Support team (in charge of advisory services for business acquisitions and sales). Arnaud Courtial began his career in 2008 at Ernst & Young's Transactions Advisory Services Department as Consultant.
Arnaud Courtial, aged 30, is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School.
