INFORMATION CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL THE EXPLANATORY DOCUMENTATION TO THE COMBINED GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON MAY 14, 2014

The shareholders of the Company are invited to participate to the Combined General Meeting will be held on May 14, 2014 at 3.30 p.m. at 136, avenue Charles de Gaulle - Neuilly-sur-Seine (France), in the amphitheater.

The notice to shareholders (avis préalable de réunion) which included the agenda and the draft of all the resolutions has been published on March 24, 2014 in the BALO (French official legal announcement publication) n° 36.

The explanatory documentation described in the Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code is available to the shareholders, in compliance with the rules and within the timeframes provided by the laws and regulations in force, at the registered office of JCDecaux SA (17 rue Soyer – 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France) or sent upon request from BNP Paribas Securities Services, Les Grands Moulins de Pantin, CTS Emetteurs, Service Assemblées - 9 rue du Débarcadère – 93761 PANTIN CEDEX (France).
