JB HI-FI ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF THE GOOD GUYS

Further to its announcement on 13 September 2016, JB Hi-Fi Limited (“JB Hi-Fi”) is pleased to confirm that it has today completed its acquisition of The Good Guys.

Group CEO, Richard Murray, said “We are very pleased to have successfully completed the acquisition of The Good Guys and are excited about creating a market leading consumer electronics and home appliance retail group.”
