Director Dealings

The Company has been notified that Stephen Davidson, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, today transferred 240,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company to his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP"), of which he is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 30 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Stephen Davidson's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged at 1,650,453, representing approximately 2.16 per cent. of its issued share capital.
