Appointment of Interim Group Controller and Directorate Change

Jaywing plc (AIM: JWNG), the UK agency specialising in data science, announces that Mike Sprot has stepped down as a Director and Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. 

The Company also announces the appointment of Ross Ferguson as Interim Group Controller with immediate effect. Ross, who is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a broad experience in Controller roles, will report directly to the Audit Committee.

Mike will continue to support Jaywing for an interim period in order to ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities.
