Result of Annual General Meeting and Trading Update

That Company announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, save for resolution 10 which was withdrawn.

Jaywing also reports that its recovery is building momentum and anticipates that full year results will be in line with expectations.
