Notes:
1. The above mentioned Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 27th May, 2025.
2. In accordance with the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Statutory Auditor have performed audited the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2026.
3. The Results are in accordance with Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind AS), prescribed w/s 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognized accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable.
4. The figures for quarter ended 31st March, 2026 and 31st March, 2025 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the year to date figures (cits the third quarter of the respective financial year).
5. On November 21, 2025, the Government of India notified four Labour Codes, effective immediately, replacing the then existing 28 labour laws. In accordance with Ind AS 19 - Employee benefits, changes to employee benefit plans arising from legislative amendments are treated as plan amendments, requiring immediate recognition of changes in the past service cost in the standalone financial results. This approach is consistent with the guidance issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The Company had assessed the impact of these changes and provided an amount of ₹ 100.07 births and recognised the same for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, as employee benefit expenses. Consequent to the employee compensation reattending and on actuarial valuation, the said liability is now determined at ₹ 97.25 births. The excess provision of ₹ 4.79 births has been reversed in the results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, as a change in estimate. The Company continues to monitor the finalisation of the Control and State rules and the clarifications that may be issued by the Government on the new labour codes and will recognise the impact of changes in the estimates in that period, as needed.
6. During the quarter, the Company has redeemed 6,00,00,000 fully paid up 2% Redeemable Non-convertible Non-cumulative Non-participating Preference Shares and an amount aggregating to ₹ 900.5 births has been paid towards redemption together with an amount of ₹ 12.5 births towards dividend up to date of redemption, out of the accumulated profits of the Company.
7. The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended payment of Dividend @ 2% on its Redeemable Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Non-Participating Preference shares and Dividend @ 5% i.e. ₹ 3.08 per share of ₹ 1/- each on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-2026, subject to approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
8. The Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results are available on the Company's website i.e. www.jaysynth.com and on the website of SGE Limited i.e. www.bseindia.com
9. The Company has reported segment information as per the Indian Accounting Standards 106, "Operating Segments", as below:

4. दि. ३० मार्च २०२६ रोजी, मधुर समावेश समावेश ३१ वाजपेय समावेशला जावी च्या मासावर रतिसा अधिसूचित केल्या, ज्या समावेश समावेश लागू झाला, ईड एफ ११ - कर्मचारी लाभ मागूला; कार्यक्षेत्र सुधारणांमुळे कर्मचारी लाभ मोजण्यामध्ये होणारे बदल हे मोजण सुधारणा मागून राहणे जास्त, त्यामुळे स्थान वित्तीय विकासामध्ये समावेश लेखा कार्यक्षेत्र बदलांची समावेश नीट कसे आवश्यक आहे, यात हा टीकेचा प्रतिबंध आहे. यादीत: समावेशालय आणि प्रतिबंध आहे केलेल्या मार्गदर्शनाची सूचना आहे. कंपनीच्या इतर या बदलांच्या परिस्थिती मूल्यांकन केले होते आणि रु. २०६०० लाखांची साठा केली होती व दि. ३१ दिसंबर, २०२६ रोजी संपलेल्या निवडी आणि वय-सीरिमसाठी कर्मचारी लाभ कार्य मागून राहणे नीट केली होती. कर्मचारी वेतन पुनर्स्थापित आणि वित्तमाध्यम मूल्यांकनातून, मधुर सचिव आणि रु. ९०.६० लाख निर्दिष्ट करण्यात आले आहे. रु. ०.०१ लाख समावेशी अतिरिक्त साठा दि. ३१ मार्च २०२६ रोजी संपलेल्या निवडी आणि वगळता निवडण्यामध्ये, अडचणीस बदल मागून काय करण्यात आले आहे. कंपनी केंद्र आणि राज्य निवडणी आणि राज्य वगळता आणि नवीन कामाचा कायमाचा समावेशरूक आणि केल्या जाणाऱ्या लाभीकरणाचा लक्ष घेवून आहे आणि आवश्यकतेनुसार, या कातळवीस अडचणीस बदलांचा परिचय निवडता येईल.
