Northern Hemisphere Leads the Way – Outlook for Global Travel Industry Recovery

The panel will discuss the pace of recovery across international markets, the accelerated shift to online bookings and changes to industry structures post-COVID. Panel members include Charuta Fadnis, SVP of Research at Phocuswright; Rod Cuthbert, Chair, and Rod Bishop, MD, of Jayride. There will also be a Q&A session for investors.

He was CEO & chair of online travel search engine Rome2rio from 2012 to 2018. Rome2rio was acquired by Berlin-based Omio in 2019. Mr Cuthbert is chair of Jayride Group, and a non-executive director of Tokyo-based online travel marketplace Veltra.

Rod Bishop, Managing Director, Jayride Group (Sydney) Rod is co-founder and managing director of Jayride Group. Rod co-founded Jayride in 2012 and has built the company from concept through to the world-leader it is today. A data-driven entrepreneur, Rod is piloting Jayride through the northern hemisphere travel recovery.
