8.6 If Item 8.5 is less than 2 quarters, please provide answers to the following questions:
1
Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating cash flows for the time being and, if not,
why not?

The Company does not expect to have the same level of net operating cash flows in the near future. The Company's strategic pivot from a global airport transfer aggregator into a comprehensive SaaS mobility platform continues to gain momentum, as evidenced during the quarter with the announcement of trhe SaaS agreement with Drivemate and more recently the strategic alliance with Xoomplay. In conjunction with revenues received from the SaaS platform, optimisation of the Company's cost base to match the SaaS pivot has resulted in materially lower operating costs moving forwards.

Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further cash to fund its operations and, if so, what 2 are those steps and how likely does it believe that they will be successful? Subsequent to quarter end, the Company announced it has raised $200,000 through the issue of Convertible Notes. The Board continues to assess other capital management initiatives, and expects to announce details of a further capital raise imminently.

3 Does the entity expect to be able to continue its operations and to meet its business objectives and, if so, on what basis? The Company expects to be able to continue its operations and meet its business objectives and refers to its responses above in this regard.
