Request for Voluntary Suspension
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Jayride Group Limited (Jayride or the Company) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement with respect to a material financing and corporate update.
Jayride anticipates that voluntary suspension will be required until the commencement of trading on Monday, 24 February 2025. Jayride anticipates provision of an announcement to the ASX regarding a material financing and corporate update by that time.
The Company is not aware of any reason why this request should not be granted.
