Jayride Group Limited (Company) is expected to be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) today, Thursday 25 January 2018.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 11.00 am AEDT on Monday 29 January 2018.

The Company raised $1,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 14 December 2017 (Prospectus) by the issue of 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.50 per share.
