Release of Options from Escrow

Jayride Group Limited (ASX:JAY) (“​ Jayride”​ or the “​ Company”​ ) the e-commerce marketplace that allows travellers to compare and book airport transfers from

3,000+ transport companies, advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, a total of 9,929,329 Unlisted Options exercisable at $0.553 expiring on 31 March 2020 (​ Unlisted Options​ ) will be released from escrow on 18 December 2018.

The Unlisted Options were issued in December 2017 prior to the Company’s admission to the Australian Securities Exchange, and were subject to an escrow period of 12 months from their issue.

As the Unlisted Options are not being listed, the Company will not apply for quotation upon the release of the Options from escrow.
