ASX RELEASE 8 AUGUST 2025

Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

Jayride Group Limited (ASX: JAY) (the Company or Jayride), a global ground transportation technology company, advises that it has appointed James Barrie and Michelle Sabatino of Fernville Group Pty Ltd as Joint Company Secretaries of the Company, effective from 8 August 2025. Fernville Group Pty Ltd provide outsourced Company Secretary and Director services to a range of listed and unlisted companies, and the Board welcomes their input moving forward.

Further to this appointment, the Board advises Sonny Didugu has resigned as Company Secretary, also effective 8 August 2025. The Board thanks Sonny for his services and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Barrie will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.

The Company also advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14, the Company’s registered office and principal place of business have changed effective immediately to:
