Jayride Group Limited (ASX:JAY) (“ Jayride” or the “ Company” ) the world leading online travel marketplace for airport transfers today advises that Delphine Cassidy has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from today.

Exec Chairman, Rod Cuthbert, commented: “We thank Delphine for her contributions to the Company since her appointment and wish her well in future endeavors.”
