Date of AGM

and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Jayride Group Limited (ASX:JAY) (“ Jayride” or the “ Company” ), the global online travel marketplace for airport transfers, advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held virtually on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 11:00 AM (Sydney Time).

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with Section 19.6 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 17 October 2024.

Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (Sydney Time) on Thursday, 17 October 2024. In accordance with Section 19.6 of the Company’s Constitution, this includes both (a) a nomination of a person by a member; and (b) a consent to that nomination signed by the person nominated for election as a Director.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
