In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, ²⁰¹⁵('Listing Regulations, 2015'), we wish to inform your good office that the Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today approved the allotment of 63,70,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re.l l- each fully paid up for cash at a price of Rs. l0/- each and g0,19,000 Fully Convertible Warrants ('Wanants') each carrying a right to subscribe to one Equig, Share per Warrant, for cash at ^a price of Rs. l0/- per warrant, on preferential basis to following person belonging to promoter and Promoter group:
