Sub: Cut-off date for Remote F-voting

This is to inform you that the Company has fixed the Tuesday, September 13, ²⁰²² as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the members/shareholders, to cast their vote electronically/e-voting, in respect of all the items of business as indicated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, the September 20, ²⁰²² at 02.00 P.M., pursuant to the provisions of Section ¹⁰⁸ of the Companies Act, 2013, the Rules framed thereunder read with Regulation ⁴⁴ of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015.

The Company would be availing remote e-voting Services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).

The details pursuant to the provisions of Section ¹⁰⁸ of the Companies Act, ²⁰¹³ and the relevant Rules prescribed thereunder are as follows:

• 1. Date and time of commencement of remote e-voting: Saturday, September 17, ²⁰²² (10:00 AM)
• 1. Date and time ofend ofremote e-voting: Monday, September 19, ²⁰²² (5.00 PM) 3. Remote e-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 PM on September 19, 2022.
