I hereby declare that 73,959 equity shares (i.e. 0.199 % of total equity shares) of TC have been indirectly acquired in the capacity of Executor to the Last WILL and testament of Late Shri Yadupati Singhania.

I further declare that I am not holding any right title and interest in the said 27,20,558 equity shares . All these 27,20,558 equity shares shall be transferred conforming due process of Law, to the respective beneficiaries who are entitled to specified number of equity shares of the company as per the last WILL and testament of my late husband.
