With reference to the above captioned subject, please note that, I, Abhishek Singhania, for and on behalf of Promoter and Promoter Group of Jaykay Enterprises Limited ("Target Company',), would like to inform your good office that 63,70,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re . l/- eachat an issue price of Rs. l0/- each of the target Company and 90,19,000 Fully convertible Warrants (,Warrants,) convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Re. l/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 10/- each, has been allotted on 1 8.02.2021 , pursuant to the preferential issue by the Target Company.
