Kanpur, maintained by In-house Share Transfer Facility of the Company. at Kamla Tower, Kanpur pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period beginning from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021 , for the purpose of issuing a Certificate under Regulation 40(9) of SEBI ( Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, and based on the information provided by the Company I hereby certify to the best of my knowledge, 'nformation and belief that the during the half year ended on 31 .03,2021:

• A. The Company has not registered any fresh transfer pursuant to SEBI Press Release/Circular dated 03.12.2018 /27.03.2019 extended up to March 31, 2021. Share Certificates received during the period from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers relating to transfer and transmission /name deletion cases have been issued on lodgment of complete documents within stipulated time as per applicable regulations. ^r
