Placement Completed

Victory Mines Limited (ASX: VIC) (‘Company’) is pleased to announce that the placement of 11 million shares as approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders held 27 March 2013 has now been completed, raising a total of $330,000.

Placement subscribers will receive a one-for-four attaching option subject to shareholder approval at a future meeting.

The Company will advise the market once the placement shares have been issued.
