In connection of the Proof Billet Notice dated 13th May, 2020 issued by Jattashankar Industries Limited meeting approval of the members of the Company and Department for purchase on 13th May, 2020, the Company hereby issues the Corporation dated 20th May, 2020 to the said Proof Billet Notice for modifications and to the Resolution and Explanatory Statement pending in September No. 4 of the Proof Billet Notice. The Corporation has been considered to be member on 20th May, 2020.

Accordingly, rate this Corporation, as said to inform our shareholders that the Profort Bill of Lading issued in conjunction with this Corporation. Members may please, from the fact that the acting company commences on 13th May, 2020 and shall remain upon until 14th June, 2020 at 00:00 P.M.

All other words and the Proof Billet Notice shall remain unchanged. The Corporation shall have an original part of the Proof Billet Notice and shall also be available on the website of the Company at www.jattashankar.com.
