Lodgment of an Appendix 3B for each of previous share issues

Jatenergy Limited has today lodged an Appendix 3B for each of the following:

1. the issue of 43,533,287 shares on 11 December 2017 pursuant to an SPP;

2. the issue of 14 convertible notes (convertible into 32,280,000 ordinary shares – subject to shareholder approval) on 13 December 2017; and

3. the issue of 66,666,666 ordinary shares to Mr Li, as approved by shareholders at the general meeting held 10 January 2018.

JAT will lift the holding lock in respect of 11,111,111 shares on or after 7 March 2018. The shares were issued on 6 May 2015 and were issued to Mr Zhao Xuan-Feng to raise working capital.
