Timetable Clarification re Blackrock Resources Pty Ltd (“Blackrock”) Acquisition
Further to the announcement released on 1 February 2011 in relation to the updated Blackrock timetable, JAT wishes to confirm that the proposed acquisition of Blackrock is proceeding as planned and that yesterday’s announcement was made to address an internal time table issue relating to the proposed share consolidation of the Company’s securities only.
The Shareholders meeting scheduled for 10 February 2011 to consider the resolutions relating to the Blackrock acquisition is also proceeding as planned.
