Jatoil Limited

SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Jatoil Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, following the announcement that the Company has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Blackrock Resources Pty Ltd (the “Proposed Acquisition”).

The Company’s securities will remain in suspension until the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 7 September 2010, in accordance with ASX Limited (“ASX”) policy.

In accordance with ASX’s requirements for compliance with Chapter 11 of the listing rules, if shareholders approve the Proposed Acquisition it is expected that the Company’s securities will be suspended from quotation immediately following such approval and will remain suspended until the Company has re-complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the listing rules.
