$5M Topwei Two Pty Ltd Loan Extension

Jatcorp Limited (ASX: JAT) (“JAT”) refers to a current $5 million loan from Topwei Two Pty Ltd and confirms the term of the loan has been extended from 3 September 2021 to 31 March 2022. All other terms of the loan remain unchanged. The unsecured loan accrues interest at 20% per annum and may be repaid at any time provided 60 days’ notice to the lender is made.
