Jatenergy Limited– Pro-Rata Non-Renounceable Rights Issue – Updated Entitlement and Acceptance Form

By now you should have received the offer document for the Jatenergy Limited pro rata non-renounceable rights issue. Enclosed is an updated entitlement and acceptance form which more clearly sets out how you may subscribe for your full entitlement as well as applying for shortfall shares.

Applications submitted using the previous form are still valid and will be accepted by the Company. If you have already lodged a valid entitlement and acceptance form, you do not need to take any further action.
