Loyalty Option Issue
Further to the ASX announcement on 18 July 2011, Jatenergy Limited (ASX code: JAT) wishes to outline the key dates in relation to its Loyalty Option Issue (Issue) as foreshadowed in its Replacement Prospectus date 14 March 2011.
A copy of the Loyalty Option Prospectus has been lodged with ASIC today and the Prospectus is also available on the Company’s website - jatenergy.com
