Clarification of Response to ASX Query on 9 August 2018

On 9 August 2018, JAT provided a response to the ASX regarding SEC proceedings in 2015 in relation to Mr Xipeng Li (see point 4 on page 2). JAT provides the following further response:

1. The US court judgement in the SEC proceedings resulted in Mr Li being permanently restrained from acting as an officer or director of any issuer that has a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act pursuant to Section 21(d)(2) of the Exchange Act.

2. The JAT directors were aware of the US judgement against Mr Li prior to being informed by the ASX.

In July 2018, the Board commenced to implement changes to improve the corporate governance, organisational structure and management of JAT. These changes are detailed below:

1. It was determined that it was no longer appropriate for the chairman to be an executive. Therefore, on 27 July 2018, Mr Crimmins became Managing Director and Mr Li was appointed non-executive Chairman.

2. The Board has appointed Mr Parag Khandekar as its new CFO. Mr Khandekar is a chartered accountant and an experienced finance executive.

3. The Board has appointed Brett Crowley as independent nonexecutive Chairman on 23 August 2018.

4. Mr Li will continue as a non-executive director of JAT.
