ASX Announcement – Resignation of Company Secretary Graeme Hogan

Dear Sir/Madam

The Company advises that Graeme Hogan has resigned as Company Secretary to take on other business opportunities.

Executive Director Tony Crimmins paid tribute to Graeme’s time with the business. “The company is very grateful to Graeme for his dedicated service while in the role of Company Secretary. He has done a very good job.”

Nicholas Falzon, who was recently appointed Joint Company Secretary takes over the role as sole Company Secretary. “I am very excited about working with the company at such a pivotal time in its development. I inherit the role from Graeme in a very sound position and I thank him for that.”
