Director Changes

The Board of Jatenergy Limited ( JAT ) wishes to announce the resignation of Chairman Alan Broome AM, Managing Director Phil Hodgson and Non-Executive Director Ross Kestel from the Board, effective today.

The resigning Board members have made this decision as a result of material differences of opinion with a number of the Company’s largest shareholders. In an attempt to ensure a smooth transition to a fresh leadership approach, the resigning board members have agreed to step down from the board.

The Company wishes to thank Messrs Broome, Hodgson and Kestel for their respective contributions to the Company.

These Directors will be replaced by Mr Tony Crimmins (Chairman) and Mr Richard Pritchard.

Tony Crimmins

Tony Crimmins has been the Business Development Manager for Jatenergy for the past 5 years. Tony has been actively involved in the development and listing of numerous ASX listed companies and is focused on finding the profit of a business and returning shareholder value. Tony has previously worked as an environmental engineer and business development manager in Asia, and has a level fluency in Mandarin and an understanding of Asian business practices. He has also previously worked as a general manager and project manager in the commercialisation of technology-based products and services

Richard Pritchard

Richard Pritchard has over 25 years’ experience in civil engineering and finance. He has been responsible for numerous infrastructure projects in the fields of telecommunications, transport, water, mining and energy.

Mr Pritchard holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton (UK) and a Graduate Diploma in Public Company Management from the Institute of Company Directors. He is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. Mr Pritchard is a current Director of Sustainable Energy Australasia Limited, Blackcrest Resources Limited (ASX code: BCR), and is Chairman of SVC Group Limited (ASX code: SVC).
