Reinstatement to Official List and Director Appointments

JAT wishes to advise that trading in the Company’s securities will resume at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 19 April 2011.

The Company’s ASX code will remain the same (JAT) and the listed options will trade under the code of JATO.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr Alan Broome and Mr Xipeng Li have joined the board as non-executive directors.

As outlined in the public offer prospectus, Alan Broome’s appointment to the board was conditional upon the Company successfully re-complying with Chapters 1 &2 of the ASX Listing Rules.

Mr Li Xipeng who, via Sheng Run Holdings (Group) Australia Pty Ltd, is the Company’s largest shareholder with an approximate 17% shareholding has also joined the board as non-executive director with Mr Wilton Yao nominated as his alternate.
