Director Retirement
Jatenergy Ltd (ASX code JAT) wishes to announce that Mr Tom Hancock has today informed the Company of his decision to retire as a non-executive director of the company.
Mr Hancock has served as a non-executive director of the Company since its IPO and has provided valuable stewardship and guidance during his term.
The Company wishes Tom all the best in his future endeavours and thanks him for his valuable contribution. As a result of his retirement, the resolution to be considered at the 2011 AGM in relation to the re-election of Mr Hancock will be withdrawn.
