IMPACT OF COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPANY’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Jatcorp Limited (Company) confirms its annual general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held at Level 5, 23-25 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW on Friday, 29 January 2021 at 2.00pm (AEDT) ( Meeting ).

In accordance with temporary modifications to the Corporations Act under the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No. 1) 2020, the Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting to shareholders. The Australian government is implementing a wide range of measures to contain or delay the spread of COVID-19. If it becomes necessary or appropriate to make alternative arrangements to those set out in the Company’s Notice of Meeting, the Company will notify Shareholders accordingly via the Company’s ASX Announcement Platform at asx.com.au (ASX: JAT).
