Further to our letter dated October 27, 2023, informing about the receipt of request from request letter from Mr. Rasesh Amin and his immediate relatives namely, Ms. Archana Amin, Mr. Kartik Amin, Ms. Mitali Amin, Late Laxminandan Amin HUF (Karta - Rasesh Amin) and Ms. Avani Patel for reclassification from “Promoter and Promoter Group” category to “Public” category, we wish to now inform you that subsequent to the approval of the shareholders of the Company accorded for the aforesaid reclassification at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 05[,] 2023 , the Company has made an application in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to National Stock Exchange of India Limited on December 27, 2023, where the equity shares of the Company are listed.
