Sub: Intimation regarding Sanction of Scheme of Arrangement by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Scheme of Arrangement for merger of M/s. Shivpad Engineers Private Limited with M/s. Jash Engineering Limited, under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, has been sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), Indore Bench.

The Hon’ble NCLT, Indore Bench, vide its order dated January 30, 2026, has approved the said Scheme. A copy of the order approving the Scheme has been made available on the NCLT website (www.nclt.gov.in) today, i.e., February 2, 2026.

Please note that due to a typographical error with respect to the Appointed Date mentioned in the said order, the Company has initiated steps for obtaining a corrected copy of the order. The updated and corrected order shall be submitted to the Stock Exchanges upon receipt of the same.
