Sub: Intimation regarding Sanction of Scheme of Arrangement by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench

In continuation to our letter dated February 2, 2026, informing that the Scheme of Arrangement for merger of Shivpad Engineers Private Limited with Jash Engineering Limited under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, was sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), Indore Bench, vide Order dated January 30, 2026;

We wish to inform that the Company had filed an application before the Hon’ble NCLT, Indore Bench, seeking correction of a typographical error in the aforesaid Order with respect to the “Appointed Date”.

In this regard, we hereby inform that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”), Indore Bench, vide Order dated February 16, 2026, has passed an order correcting the “Appointed Date” as 1st April, 2024.

A copy of the said Order has been made available on the website of the NCLT (www.nclt.gov.in) on February 18, 2026 and is also available on the Company’s website at: - - https://jashindia.com/wp content/uploads/2026/02/NCLT ORDER.pdf

Certified copies of the aforesaid Orders of the NCLT are awaited. Any further information in this connection will be submitted with the Exchanges in due course.
