We continuously develop new products to meet the expectations & requirements of our clients. In this quarter following product development activities were carried out : High-pressure Knife Gate Valve suitable for oil sands application: This valve is developed for Canadian oil sands market and can withstand pressure up to 52 bars and has hard faced gate and flow area to withstand high abrasion from oil sands. KU-HT Motorized Swing Gate Valve KU-HT valve for charging powders into furnaces : We are constantly evolving our KU series Swing Gate Valve to meet the specific requirement of the industry. For meeting the requirement of charging powders into furnaces we developed a motorized version of KUHT Swing Valve capable of withstanding high temperatures up to DN 150 HDPE 800°C with quick opening and closing Knife Gate Valve with high sealing efficiency.

HDPE Knife Gate Valve for acidic application: To enable withstand highly acidic and corrosive application of a client, we developed a HDPE Knife Gate Valve. This would open new markets and opportunities for us in the paper and pulp industry as well as in the chemical process industry requiring low pressure, corrosion resistant, economical flow control solution.

We take pride in being the go-to supplier for most of the critical projects worldwide. DN 2100 KGV for TUAS, DN 2100 KGV for IOCL, Singapore Panipat

Narmada-Jhabua-Petalwad-Sardarpur MLIS Project: The entire 500 m Air Vessel system for Pumping 3 Station 1 comprises of 5 Air Vessels of 100 m each, 3 one Air Receiver, Air Compressor and Pneumatic circuit fully automated by employing various sensors and PLC control. This is the first of the 5 pumping stations with remaining four pumping stations rising mains requiring vessel systems of 300m , 400m , 350m 3 3 3 and 450m respectively comprising of total 14 3 additional air vessels having individual volume from 100m to 117m . The manufacturing for the 3 3 whole project of 19 air vessels and 5 air receivers (15-25m ) was completed within a record time of 5 3 months.

New Manufacturing facility at Vadagam Vallam, Chennai, India: In June 2025, we commissioned a new 75,000 sq feet facility in Chennai for our Shivpad Process equipment division.
