CORPORATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

This is to inform you as under:

• 1) In the month of October 2023, the consolidated orders received by the Company are worth Rs. 48 Cr out of which orders worth Rs. 9 Cr are for Indian market and orders worth Rs. 39 Cr are for markets outside India.

The significant contributors to the monthly order booking of October 2023 are Satish Kumar & Co. – New Delhi, Adani Water Ltd. - Ahmedabad and Sengol Engineers - Mumbai from India and Atal Engg. Ltd. - Hongkong, North Field East Project - France and Mississipi Floodwall Pump Station - St. Louis, MO, USA from international market.

• 2) As on 1[st] November 2023 the total consolidated order book position of the company is Rs. 849 Cr out of which orders worth Rs. 237 Cr are for Indian market and orders worth Rs. 612 Cr are for markets outside India.

Out of the consolidated orders worth Rs. 612 Cr for markets outside India, Rs. 395 Cr worth orders are for USA market and remaining Rs. 217 Cr constitute orders for Rest of the World.

• 3) As on 1[st] November 2023, consolidated orders worth Rs. 28 Cr have been negotiated with clients and formal purchase orders are awaited. Out of this Rs. 16 Cr are for Indian market and Rs. 12 Cr are for projects outside India.

After negotiating an order, it may take up to 2 months to receive a formal Purchase Order from the client. Once a Purchase Order is received, we remove its value from the list of “negotiated orders” and move it to list of order received in a given month and add it to the total outstanding consolidated order book position of the Company.
