CORPORATE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

This is to inform you as under:

• 1. In the month of August 2022, the consolidated orders received by the Company are worth Rs. 102 Cr. This is the highest monthly order intake in our history. Out of Rs. 102 Cr, orders worth Rs. 66 Cr are for Indian market and orders worth Rs. 36 Cr are for markets outside India.

Some of the significant contributors to the monthly order booking of August 2022 are Tata Projects - Mumbai, Enviro Control - Surat and Enviro Infra Engg. - New Delhi from India and SAR WWTP - USA, Sheboygan Marsh - USA and Western area WWTP - USA from International market.

• 1. As on 1[st] September 2022 the total consolidated order book position of the company is Rs. 669 Cr which too is the highest in our history. Out of Rs. 669 Cr, orders worth Rs. 204 Cr are for Indian market and orders worth Rs. 465 Cr are for markets outside India.

Out of the consolidated orders worth Rs. 465 Cr for markets outside India, Rs. 258 Cr worth orders are for USA and remaining Rs. 207 Cr constitute orders for Rest of the World.

• 1. As on 1[st] September 2022, consolidated orders worth Rs. 17 Cr have been negotiated with clients and formal purchase orders are awaited. Out of this Rs. 4 Cr are for Indian market and Rs. 13 Cr are for projects outside India.

After negotiating an order it may take up to 2 months to receive a formal Purchase Order from the client. Once a Purchase Order is received, we remove its value from the list of “negotiated orders” and move it to list of order received in a given month and add it to the total outstanding consolidated order book position of the Company.
