This is to inform you asunder:

1. In the month of September 2019, the consolidated orders received by the Company are worth Rs.32.98 croresout of which Rs.22.61 crores worth of orders are for Indian market and Rs.10.37 crores worth of orders are for markets outside India.

The significant contributors to the monthly order booking of September 2019 are Larsen & Toubro Limited -Chennai, Xylem Water Solutions - Mumbai & Enviro Control Associates- Surat from India and Al Raida Engineering & Industrial Services W.L.L., Qatar & Waterfront Fluid Control - U.K.from abroad.

1. Ason 1stOctober 2019, the total outstanding consolidated order book position ofthe Company is Rs.259.99 crores out of which Rs.149.95 crores worth of orders are for Indian market and Rs. 110.04 crores worth of orders are for markets outside India.

Of the total outstanding consolidated order of Rs.110.04 crores for markets out of India, Rs. 70.75 crores constitute orders for USAmarket and Rs.39.29 crores constitute orders for rest of the world.

• 1. As on 1st October 2019, further consolidated orders worth Rs. 16.72 crores are already negotiated and of this Rs.8.33 crores worth oforders are from Indian market and Rs.8.39 crores worth of orders are for markets outside India.
• 1. The Company has received its single largest order from Larsen& Toubro Ltd. Chennai for Lift irrigation project in Kundalia(M.P.) worth Rs.9.95 crores.
