In furtherance to our letter dated 7[th] August 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, the Shareholders of the Company, in the Annual General Meeting held on 16[th] September 2025, have approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Bhawsar [DIN: 11102892] as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 7, 2025 for a consecutive term of 5 (Five) Years.

Mr. Rakesh Bhawsar [DIN: 11102892] is not related to the Promoter or Promoter Group and fulfils the criteria of independence as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and the Listing Regulations.
